• NO GUESTS ALLOWED: Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. We do not allow anyone into the studio. Guests will have to wait in the waiting area. Keep in mind that the service time is lengthy.

• A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book your appointment. This will go toward your balance. The rest of the balance will be due the day of your appointment.

• If cancelled BEFORE 48 hours your booking fee is transferrable to another appointment. If your appointment is canceled UNDER 48 hours you will have to reschedule and pay another booking fee.

• If you cancel your touchup appointment UNDER 48 hours without having a deposit on file, you will have to pay the deposit fee for that appointment that you missed, plus pay another deposit to book a new appointment.

• No-call No-shows will also result in forfeiture of your booking fee, and you will not be allowed to reschedule again unless the full balance is paid up front.

• There is a 20-minute grace period to check in. If you arrive later than 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Weekend appointments are usually booked back-to-back. If there is not enough time to proceed with your appointment, you will have to reschedule with a new booking fee. The initial booking fee *WILL NOT* transfer.

• For all PMU services: These are typically a TWO-STEP process: Initial session + a touch up session (touchup session not included in the price.) While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On very rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look. 

• All retouches that had previous work done by another artist will be considered as a brow correction set. Please book a Brow Correction for any previous work after receiving approval from Lynnette. Email pictures to [email protected] or schedule a virtual consultation (free of charge.)

• All results will vary per person depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, any medications, pre-care and aftercare. 

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

• Bundled Services must be paid at once and in advance.
